KuwaitConnect was founded in 2020 by a group of Kuwait-based telecom engineers and digital journalists who were frustrated by the lack of reliable, independent information about mobile operators in Kuwait. Most existing comparison tools were either out-of-date, biased towards paid partners, or simply copied operator marketing materials without verification.
We started as a small blog with one goal: publish honest, verified, monthly-updated data about Zain, Ooredoo Kuwait and STC. Within 18 months, we had grown to over 9,000 monthly readers — expats, business travellers, local residents and telecom students.
Today, KuwaitConnect is the most-cited independent telecom guide in Kuwait. Our data has been referenced by CITRA reports, cited by local media and trusted by thousands of users making confident network decisions every week.
